Do you have idea about like this roads. There are some places in Sri Lanka where the road itself feels like part of the destination.we have some roads like that. The bends, the climbs, the little pauses along the way—they all build up to that moment when you finally stand at the top and look out. Around Kegalle, two of my favorite spots for this are Belumgala View Point and Pelampitiya View Point. These are famous places among travel lovers. They’re not crowded like the famous peaks, because need some time for it but they carry a beauty that’s raw, quiet, and close to the heart.
The Road to Belumgala-Belumgala and Pelampitiya Viewpoints

When you travel you can once stopping at a roadside shop for tea. The owner poured it steaming into small glass cups, and the air was filled with the smell of cardamom. Can you trust this? That little break, with mountains already peeking in the distance, made the climb feel even more special.
As you go higher, the road narrows and the air cools. You can close to the nature . Sometimes mist hangs low, wrapping the trees in white. Many guests tell us they love this part the most—the sense that you’re leaving the busy world behind and stepping into something calmer.

Pelampitiya View Point – A Balcony Above the Hills
When you step onto Pelampitiya View Point, the first thing that strikes you is how wide and open it feels. It is another experence. The hills roll one after another, like waves frozen in green. Specially nature here. You can get quite feel here. The wind here is stronger, cooler, and it carries the fresh smell of pine and wet earth.

Belumgala and Pelampitiya are not far apart, but they give you two different experiences. Belumgala is intimate—a quiet corner where you can sit with your thoughts. Pelampitiya is grand—a sweeping stage where the hills stretch endlessly before you.
